Todd Allievi

Todd Allievi completed the Court Reporting Program at American Business Academy and has been a freelance court reporter since 1985. He is a Certified Court Reporter, Registered Professional Reporter and Registered Merit Reporter. Presenter at the 2015 NCRA National Convention in NYC.  Todd earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with honors (summa cum laude) in Organizational Management/Marketing at Felician College. He is a member of Sigma Beta Delta International Honor Society in Business, Management and Administration. Mr. Allievi is founder and operations manager of CCR Seminars.

Karen Butterfield

Karen Butterfield received her court reporter training at The Plaza School and became certified in 1975.  She has worked as a free-lance reporter in Superior Court and medical examiner hearings.  Ms. Butterfield has over 25 years experience as a court reporting instructor and has been employed at: New York School of Court Reporting, StenoTech Career Institute and the American Business Academy.  Additionally, Karen is a Certified Grader for the Registered Professional Reporter test.

Robert Donnelly

Robert Donnelly is currently Professor of Entrepreneurship & Innovation at Drew University.  Additionally, he is also a venture mentor at New York University's Stern Graduate School of Business in their Center for Entrepreneurial Studies as well as Tech Launch, a new business accelerator affiliated with Montclair State University.  Mr. Donnelly was the CEO of El-O-Matic NA for ten years and previously held senior executive positions with IBM, Pfizer and Exxon.

Anthony D. Frisolone

Anthony has been a court reporter for 20 years in New York City. He is currently an Official Court Reporter in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.  Anthony has also served as an official court reporter for the New York State Supreme Court, New York’s highest trial-level court. 

Among his achievements, Anthony is a Past President of the New York State Court Reporters Association and holds numerous state and national certifications including the Certified Realtime Reporter certification. 

During his career, Anthony has reported a number of high-profile proceedings that required daily copy in both the New York State and Federal Courts. 

Anthony was awarded by NYSCRA the Distinguished Service Award in 2010.  Anthony is also an NCRA Fellow of the Academy of Professional Reporters.

Anthony Armstrong

Anthony Armstrong has been a court reporter for over 20 years.  He has served as both an Official Court Reporter for the Supreme Court of the State of New York and as a freelance court reporter.  Anthony holds numerous state and national certifications including Certified Court Reporter, Registered Professional Reporter, Certified Realtime Reporter and Realtime Systems Administrator. During his career Anthony has reported numerous death penalty cases and has traveled extensively throughout the world on a multitude of court reporting assignments.  Additionally, he is in the process of completing his bachelor’s degree in information systems and security and has served his country as a member of the United States Marine Corps. 

Alexis Perez Jenio

Alexis Perez Jenio has been a court reporter for the past five years with specialization in the fields of intellectual property, patent infringement, labor law, medical and legal malpractice, as well as arbitrations and FINRA hearings. In addition to providing litigation support services to clients in New York and New Jersey, Alexis provides customized consulting, training, and implementation of realtime services to attorneys using LiveNote and Caseview Net. Alexis also serves the industry as a theory instructor and mentor to students endeavoring to enter the field of court reporting.

George Gotthold

George Gotthold is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from William Paterson University. He is a partner in the accounting firm of Ciccone, Gotthold & Koceff, and serves as an adjunct professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Reyna Malave

Ms. Malave attended Stenotech Institute and has been a CART Reporter since 2004, providing services at high schools and colleges for the hard of hearing community. 

Daniel Macom, CDVS

In 2009 Dan founded Daniel James Multimedia, Inc., which quickly grew to become one of the largest providers of overflow video deposition services in the New York/ Tristate Area.  Dan is now President and Co-Founder at 360 Service Partners LLC, a company that is leading the industry in remote legal support services; Specializing in conducting and recording remote depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and public government meetings.

Jennifer Wielage

Jennifer Wielage, CCR, RPR, CRR  completed the Court Reporting Program at the Cittone Institute and has been a freelance court reporter since 1992. She is a Certified Court Reporter, Registered Professional Reporter and Certified Realtime Reporter. Jennifer has attended Felician University earning a Certificate in Religious Education.  Additionally, she has attended Brooke Castillo’s Life Coach School, Self-Coaching Scholars Program, and received life leadership coach training.  Jennifer has been published in the NCRA Journal of Court Reporting, October 2019 edition.

Xan Raskin

Xan has committed her career to solving workplace problems.  She founded Artixan Consulting Group in 2010 to advise companies on highly effective and sustainable strategies for resolving employee relations issues.  Her business has helped senior management from a wide range of industries craft solutions that manage workplace risks, increase employee satisfaction and reduce cost.

In addition to conducting over 400 workplace investigations into allegations of harassment and discrimination and other workplace misconduct, her specialty is facilitating interactive and engaging training for thousands of employees and managers on harassment and discrimination prevention, as well as on other important workplace issues such as inclusiveness and diversity strategies, managing workplace conflict resolution, conducting job interviews and best practices for handling workplace complaints. Xan also assists organizations with culture reviews and 360-degree assessments and provides strategic HR advice to companies in growth stages.

She received her J.D degree from the Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as a Senior Editor on the American Criminal Law Review and has a B.A. in Mass Communication Studies from the UCLA Honors Program, graduating Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude.  

Stacy Mace

Stacy Mace has been a court reporter for over 25 years.  She is currently an Official Court Reporter in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.  She has been a verbatim reporter for depositions, arbitrations, motions, oral arguments, hearings, annual meetings and national and international conferences for Fortune 500 companies, national level political engagements, and confidential proceedings dealing in matters of national security for the New York Police Department, as well as recording the memoir of a member of one of New York’s wealthiest families. Stacy is a Certified Court Reporter and Certified Realtime Reporter in the state of New Jersey and is a Registered Professional Reporter and Registered Merit Reporter.  

Marek Sukiennik

Marek Sukiennik has more than 25 years of experience as a Corporate IT Executive with large-scale companies including Viacom, Lifetime Television, Ernst & Young and Harper Collins Publishing. He has held positions as a Senior Systems Analyst, Senior Software Engineer, Research & Development Manager, Director of IT and Head of Technology, US.

 

Mr. Sukiennik earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from New York University.
